What's next? Pop-Tart loofahs?

This infernal itching is driving me nuts. So nuts that I just took someone's recommendation to bathe in a watered-down version of my breakfast. Lucky for me, that's oatmeal and milk. Hash browns would clog the drain.

Been there, I feel for you. As unlikely as this sounds, try Coppertone Water Babies sunscreen (pink bottle). It is great for relieving itching and burning. I discovered it quite by accident last summer -- have used it many times since for different causes of itch (sunburn, bug bite, rash, poison ivy) -- it has been a godsend. Trust me, it is worth a special trip to the store!

That above sounds a little bit like Calamine Lotion, a pink liquid.

    Good luck, Peng,

No, Calamine lotion is an entirely different product, and frankly, I never got much relief from it. I am talking about the actual sunscreen product safe for babies. It has some ingredient in it that is very soothing for skin irritations. It was a godsend during a very bad case of poison ivy one summer, where nothing else would help (including the standard OTC poison ivy remedies). Since then, I have tried it with other skin irritations, and it works great!
