Let Me Get This Straight

Apparently, the US House of Representatives thinks that only straight males can wage war. How else can one explain why, in a time when the Army can't even meet its quota of warm bodies in uniforms, the House has put forth a measure that would further restrict the Army jobs to which female recruits could be assigned?
